Pricing & Changes

AIHello reserves the right to modify pricing, features, or billing schedules with prior notice.

Cancellation

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds are issued for partial or unused subscription periods.

Use of the Service

Service Availability and Updates

Termination

AIHello may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Fail to pay subscription fees

Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and your data may be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Montreal, QC, Canada.

Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
